About Me
Russell’s hair journey started long before he became licensed. He and his older sister experimented with colors and cuts on one another for years. He became licensed and started doing hair 25 years ago and his love for color services prevails. Having worked in salon settings and also for himself, his philosophy revolves around listening to every guest in his chair. Always looking to discover their needs and wants, directing them through the best technical process in achieving the desired look for them. He loves educating them on maintenance and care for up keeping their look for longer.
Being a part of the LOOK team motivates him to continue growing his skill set and knowledge of color and styles. With the ever-evolving change in styles and techniques he constantly continues his education to allow him to stay up-to-date with top hair and beauty trends. The happiness that his clients leave his chair feeling, shows how much they love their hair. That is truly his greatest joy and his way of imparting beauty to every guest that sits in his chair.

When I'm not doing hair, I am binging cooking, fantasy, and documentary shows. I also love gardening and growing indoor and outdoor plants. I enjoy spending my time with my 2 silly little chihuahuas - Penelope and Neutron - and my husband.
