When you request a consultation through our website, you are seeking information about our salon services. The consultation is for informational purposes only and does not guarantee any particular outcome or service unless a separate service agreement is executed. Following your consultation, if you choose to proceed with services, a separate service agreement or appointment confirmation will outline the specific details including services, pricing, duration, and other terms. The consultation itself does not create an obligation for you to receive services or for us to provide services beyond what is discussed.

Any consultation fees or required deposits will be clearly disclosed in advance. A deposit may be required to confirm your appointment for the services discussed. Deposits collected may be applied toward the cost of services or retained as a cancellation fee in accordance with our cancellation policy outlined below.

You must notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule a consultation or service appointment. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of your deposit, assessment of a cancellation fee, or requirement to remit payment or provide a new deposit for future bookings. A "no-show" (failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice) may result in deposit forfeiture and additional requirements for future bookings.

You confirm that all information provided in consultation forms is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including existing hair or skin conditions, allergies and sensitivities, current medications, prior treatments or procedures, and pregnancy status. You are responsible for disclosing any health conditions that may affect your service. We are not liable for adverse reactions if you fail to fully disclose relevant health or history information.

We will use reasonable skill and care in performing all services. However, you acknowledge that results may vary based on individual factors, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Any before/after images or promotional materials are illustrative examples and do not constitute a promise of identical results for your services.

By using our services, you grant us permission to take photographs before, during, and/or after your services for internal records, marketing purposes, social media, and advertising. You may decline this permission in writing or by indicating your preference during booking. Declining photography permission will not affect your eligibility for services.

Service prices will be as presented to you at the time of booking or confirmation. We may require full payment or a deposit prior to service commencement. All payments must be made in the accepted forms of payment displayed at our salon or on our website. If payment becomes overdue, we may suspend services or charge interest and late fees to the extent permitted by Texas law.

Our refund or satisfaction policy will be separately disclosed to you. Unless otherwise noted, services once rendered are non-refundable. If you have any concerns about your service, please raise them promptly with our staff so we can address them.

To the fullest extent permitted under Texas law, our maximum liability for any claim arising from consultations or services will be limited to the amount you paid for the applicable service. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These Terms of Service and any subsequent service agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute shall be in Bexar County, Texas. Both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any disputes through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, we may choose mediation or arbitration before pursuing litigation.

You have rights under applicable consumer protection laws in Texas, including the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices‑Consumer Protection Act ("DTPA"). We affirm our commitment to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

By submitting an electronic consultation form or checking a box indicating "I agree," you acknowledge that this constitutes a legally binding electronic signature. You confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Service.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is held invalid or unenforceable under Texas law, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Amendments become effective upon posting the updated version on our website. Your continued use of our consultation service or booking of services after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages may be affected by factors outside of LOOK Salon’s control, including carrier network performance, device compatibility, and regional coverage. By opting in to receive SMS communications, you acknowledge that message delivery is not guaranteed and that carriers bear no responsibility for service interruptions or message failures.

Age Eligibility
By using our website, submitting a consultation form, booking services, or opting in to SMS communications, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. LOOK Salon does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that information has been submitted by a minor, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information may contact us to request removal.
